If you have sleeping problems your insomnia can make your life miserable, even make you ill. Finding a cure for insomnia ca nwell become an obsession. Sometimes you can cure your problems by using simple techniques before it gets worse.

You worry about not being able to sleep - your worry feeds your imagination and your brain goes into overdrive.

Instead of relaxing towards the evening you start worrying about your insomnia, you see in your mind how you are going to toss and turn once you go to bed ....

You fear that getting up in the morning will be difficult ....

You start figuring out how many hours sleep you have lost the last few nights ....

Has this ever happened to you?

If it has, then relax. You are not alone!

Sleep experts say that relaxing is one of the first abilities you lose when you suffer from insomnia.

And not being able to relax makes it doubly hard to prime your body for sleep. Most of us - well just about all of us! - can't go to sleep as if flicking a switch. Yes, it is true that there are people that find it really easy to fall asleep, as compared to those that toss and turn for hours before finally dropping off.

People like that are able to relax in the evening, they can slow the everyday rushing of their mind and their body.

But most of us can't, we need to learn how to unwind.

The good news is, that this is perfectly possible for you to learn. It can be done immediately and it's not complicated.

Here are two really simple tips that might be all you need , in effect these tips comprise a basic insomnia cure:

+ Stay off coffee or alcohol before bedtime, and try to get into a habit of gradually easing into sleep mode every evening, planning tomorrow. Getting into bed you won't be thinking about tomorrow, worrying about bills or shopping - it has already been taken care of!

Keep regular habits at bedtime, try to go to bed and to get up at the same hour. Contrary to myth you can't "store up" sleep, you can, however, catch up on missing sleep. So even if you feel really tired one morning, do get up, don't nap during the day and you will most probably fall asleep quicker the next night.

I am a health professional, who has also suffered from insomnia. Having found a method that works for me, I can help you to find a natural insomnia cures!
